What is your dream? Do you want to be an elementary school teacher? This job is a public job so its annual income is less than the income of a CEO, but elementary school teachers get money when they finish their work.

An Elementary school teacher must graduate a four year course from the department of elementary education. There is only one department that a school teacher can major in. It is in the department of elementary education, graduates should take a teacher certification examination. If they pass the test, they should wait until another teacher will retire. If they go and teach in a school. their annual income increases more after one year of teaching. Elementary school teachers' annual income's unit is paid step by step. And, when they retire, the government will give them a pension every month.

Elementary school teachers should have the necessary attitudes. The first necessary attitude is leadership, and the second is consideration. The third one is the command of language, and the last is understanding and love. In South Korea, there are famous colleges of education such as Jinju College of Education, Kongju College of Education, Kwangju College of Education, Daegu College of Education, Busan College of Education, Seoul College of Education, Junju College of Education, Jinju College of Education, Chungju College of Education, Chuncheon College of Education, and Gyeongin College of Education.

Elementary school teachers do a lot of work in school. They teach students, help students' study problems, write students' records, evaluate the test results of examinations, and write special notes in the student records. Elementary school teachers teach Korean, math, social studies, science, ethics, and practical course.
