Many people like to take part in athletic competition. Recently, Haksung Girls' Middle School held an athletic competition named Students' Athletic Competition with Teachers. It was held in the playing field of the school and school gymnasium on May 15th.

A first-year student, Kim Yeun, said that the event had some advantages and disadvantages. She said that it was great the school gave students drinks. However, she also said that it was cloudy that day, so they could not participate in the event at the playground. Many students agreed with what she said. Another student, Sin Hyebin, said that the performance that the students presented as great. It made them very cheerful. So many students wanted to see more performances.

This event was so special because the prize money that the students received was donated to an orphanage. It was made possible because about 50 students told their teachers to donate the prize money. So, the teachers decided to donate the prize money. The winner received a hundred thousand won, the second place received seventy thousand won, and the third-place received fifty thousand won. All of the prizes were donated. The money was contributed to an orphanage with the students' names.

After the competition, the student council surveyed the students' satisfaction. The percentage of students who were satisfied was 66 percent, the average was 21 percent, and the percentage of students who were not satisfied was 13 percent. A sixth-grade homeroom teacher said that she wanted to do more activities with the students. Also, the said that next time, all teachers will prepare more exciting activities. Moreover, they will convince other students who were not satisfied with the last event to enjoy and participate more in the next event.
