Currently, most UCCs recognize copies of broadcasting and advertising that have not solved copyright problems and UCC's that have been produced by individuals. But, it is practically impossible to establish a system that prevents such information from being scraped and distributed. Copyright issues are serious when it comes to content created for commercial purposes. Kim Hyun-joong's another friend Um Hyun-joon said making UCC is very difficult and not fun. It is hard to add photos, clip the video and hard to find data. Finally, he didn't know how to make UCCs.
