Have you ever heard about the mathematical symbol, pi? Most people do not like to study math. It is boring and difficult. Nonetheless, there is a festival about math, only a school but also an academy holds the pi festival. In our school, the pi festival is held. To be interested in math, our school decided to hold a pi project.

Our school is a school that teaches mathematics. So, this year, we held a contest in school, and we called it a pi project. First, there was a quiz in mathematics. In the first class, there was a test given to determine who would get the highest score. In the second class, there was a contest for class representatives. There were representatives in each class. For the winner, there was a prize.

The contest was divided into two parts. The students could choose to make a poem or a poster. Both poem and poster's topics were about math. Then, there was the hardest contest on pi day, called 'Who knows the longest pi'. It is a test about who knows the longest value of pi like '3.141592...'. The one who gets the first place should memorize the 37th of infinite decimals.

In an interview with Park Ha Rim, a representative from the first year, she said that it can be a chance to change the students thinking about math. She added that most people do not like calculating. However, this festival makes her become more interested in math. She hopes that this project will be done again.

With this math project, students can be interested in math. As a result, they can learn more about it.
