Food stylists not only direct and take pictures of food. They also have to develop and fill in the cuisine which is introduced in the books about cooking. Then, they have to make the foods want to be eaten by the people and think about the props that well-matched with the foods. They have to do a lot of researches, such ad the interior, the dishes, foreign foods, and consumer preferences. Their career prospect seems pretty good because people's interest in foods is increasing constantly nowadays.

To be the food stylist, you have to learn one of the articles in college, which is food styling and table decoration. Also, you should have great dexterity and creativity to decorate and direct the food. You have to give effort and undergo training to be artistic. Also, you should have knowledge about food like the theory about global eating culture and more. Moreover, it is important to practice tasting and cooking foods." Delicate movement and knowledge about the design and food production are also needed to be a food stylist.
