Have you ever heard about BTS? If you are a Korean, you may have heard of it at least once. BTS consists of seven members, and they debuted on June 13, 2013 as on the South Korean idol group. They have a lot of fans around the world, and they have won many awards from different music programs. The meaning of BTS is Bulletproof Boy Scouts. Some of the members of BTS came from poor families and some suffered from prejudice and failure during their early lives.

BTS helps the economy of South Korea because they have a huge fandom all over the world. As of October 2019, they generated 4.65 billion dollars. In 2017, their album, "Love Yourself Her", was gained the highest record of all of their album sales in South Korea. In 2018, they had been selected as one of the 100 Most Influential People on the Internet with President Trump and Ariana Grande.

BTS had its world tour in New York City at Queen's Citi Field. New York Citi Field is a major league's home stadium, and they sold out forty thousand seats at the opening. In 2018, they were awarded Hwagwan orders of cultural Merit in Seoul to honor their efforts in spreading South Korean culture and language throughout the world. In 2019, they released the album, 'Map of the Soul: Persona'. In the first week of its released, it recorded 2.13 million records, making it the first-ever Korean artist's album to achieve this success in South Korea.

Times, which is a U.S. local media, stated that BTS's performance made new history, and they became the first Korean idol group to present an award at the Grammys. Also, it was stated that their performance was short but excellent and made a splash in the music industry by performing for audiences around the world in praise and promoting Korean culture. As well as, Variety, which is a U.S. local media, mentioned that BTS is a Korean group that has broken several records.

To sum up, BTS is the most influential figure not only in South Korea but also all over the world. They will stay in our minds forever, and all of us will remember their group, BTS as the "Legend of K-pop."
