Every day, we meet our teachers in each subject, and we learn from them. It is stated in most reports that the Fourth Industrial Innovation will come. However, the teacher is known as a stable job despite the Industrial Innovation because the teacher mainly requires empathy and ability which robots cannot do. So, teaching is considered as a promising job.

The teachers' main description is teaching. They have each subject of expertise that they teach to students. However, they also teach students about knowledge, refinement as a citizen, good behavior, and interpersonal competency. Then, how can we become a teacher? Here is an interview with an elementary school teacher.

According to a teacher at Ban-po Elementary School, her first process of becoming a teacher was very hard. She had to study four years to apply for the teacher certification examination. Also, she said that teaching student was very hard because she had many students in that academy. So, she has to make different types of teaching process since she needed to match class progress with her students. She also mentioned how to be a teacher. First, you need to graduate from a college of education. Then, you have to pass the teacher certification examination. After a time of practical exercise, you can be a teacher.

The most important part of teaching students is possessing a good behavior. Teachers must choose one belief which they really want to teach to students and make them realize how important that belief is. Also, you have to meet not only the students but also their parents. You need to have specialized interpersonal competency.

According to the information mentioned, the first few years of being a teacher is hard. However, later on, you can feel the big happiness of getting along with your students and teaching them through the best you can. There is a saying that goes, no pain no gain. It means that after a little pain, you can succeed as a teacher. Because the unemployment crisis is getting serious, we have a lot of concerns about our future job. So, let us cheer up and seek hard to find our career!
