Also, diplomats protect the interests of the nation, and they contribute to world peace and stability. So, people call a diplomat a nation's volunteer.

We need some certifications to be a diplomat. First, we have to pass a candidate examination. In this test, there is an essay test, knowledge by subject test, and economic and linguistic subjective test. Second, we need a country's nationality, and we need to be more than twenty years old. Lastly, we have to have broad knowledge about society as a whole and knowledge and skills in a foreign language.

There are various majors to be a diplomat. First, aspiring diplomats can go to a law school after four years in a college with a major related to diplomacy. Second, they can have linguistic or international culture study. Lastly, they can have international management and commerce or economics.

Lastly, in return for their hard work to be a diplomat, they receive various benefits. When they become a diplomat, the country provides a diplomat's children with allowance in education worth forty million won per semester. A diplomat is five and seven grade in civil service. When they are in five grade, they get two million five hundred thirty-eight thousand nine hundred won. If they are in seven grade, they get one million eight hundred seventy-nine thousand six hundred won. Lastly, when going to work in foreign countries, they go there free, and they receive a car and a house.

There are a lot of hard things to learn to be a diplomat. However, with good benefits and being called a nation's volunteer, we dream of being a diplomat. BY doing our best, we can be one of the people who help the world and international problems to be solved.
