On October 28th, the Spanish sea rescue service said on Twitter that 53 Morocco people had been rescued in the water between Spain and Northern Africa using a boat for migrants. However, there were two dead children. According to the International Organization for Migration, the death toll has already been three times higher than the figure for the whole of 2017. 42,500 migrants have arrived in Spain since the start of the year, but other 433 migrants were killed during the voyage.

Nowadays some problems of refugees are so serious. In the Syrian Arab Republic, 11 millions of people became refugees. One-third of them went to other countries. Why did Syria make so many refugees? Because Syria has been at civil war, many people have died or become refugees. Syria became the nation that has the most refugees in the world. Actually, there is no single reason for occurring refugees. Dictatorship or religion also can be reasons of occurring refugees. The Middle East, Egypt, and Africa have made many refugees. Their voyages are very dangerous and even they can die during the voyages. They give money to the brokers and can embark in a boat which is very small and already exceeded capacity. They only depend on a small boat for keeping their lives.

If they finish their voyage successfully, they also wait for permission in a country where they arrive. Many countries are worrying about refugees because their people don't like refugees that can be competitors in getting jobs or commit a crime. Also, each country should spend much money for refugee's residence and meals if it accepts refugees. People who are for humanitarianism, however, say that every country should accommodate poor refugees. Unless they accept them, they might die or go to other countries in expectation of permission.

This year, Yemeni refugees arrived in Jeju, South Korea. 561 refugees came to Jeju Island and 481 of them applied for entrance. Korean government accepted 339 Yemeni people. A problem of refugees is not the issue only in Europe and developing countries. It is expanding and expanding all over the world. Each country should decide carefully whether it accept them or not, but it is expected that they don't consider only their profit and they tolerate refugees.
