On October 31, 2018, the movie Bohemian Rhapsody premiered. Bohemian Rhapsody is about the famous rock band, Queen. Queen started in England, debuted in 1973, and they have so many hit songs. This movie is about Queen's growth, Queen's hit songs, and Queen's golden ages. The setting of this movie is 1975~1985.

This movie is mostly about Freddie Mercury. Freddie Mercury was born in India, but he lived in England. So, he was always called Pakistani. However, he was an amazing singer, and he joined the group, Queen. Queen had four members; Roger Meddows Taylor, Brian May, Freddie Mercury, and John Deacon. These four members debuted with their first album named [Queen]. The title song is "Keep Yourself Alive". This album and the follow-up albums were received well in Japan and US, and Queen went on a US tour. But one day, Freddie Mercury received an offer for a solo debut. In the end, he did the solo debut, but the manager(Jim Beach) didn't manage Mercury. So, the manager was fired for Mercury. After that, Mercury wanted to come back to Queen. So, at the end of a discussion with the members, Mercury joined again. Soon enough, while they prepared for the Live AID performance, Mercury confessed to having AIDS. The members accepted this fact, and they prepared for the performance harder. At the end of their trouble, they performed at Live AID. At Live AID, they performed their songs "Bohemian Rhapsody," "Radio Ga Ga," "Hammer to Fall," "Crazy Little Thing Called Love," "We Will Rock You," and "We are the Champions." It was very moving to the audience.

Many people who saw this movie said that the movie was so exciting and it felt like a show concert. When the movie finished, most people couldn't get up because of the shudder of excitement. Also, this movie is said to have properly expressed Mercury's lifetime and Queen songs. As we walk down the street or watch TV, we can always hear Queen's songs. Through this movie, many people can know about Queen and their songs, and many Koreans became fans of them.

I think this movie is good at expressing Queen from growth. This movie showed Queen's debut to the concert. So, this movie showed almost all Queen's songs, Queen's troubles, and the stories behind their songs. I think many people and I are more moved because it's their true story.
