Tiramisu is a kind of dessert which we eat after main dish. It is usually used in making a cake which is soft and represent Italian dessert.
The history of tiramisu is short. We can't know who made it and when it was made. However, we have conjectured that it
was made by a man who worked in a small bakery. As the cookies in the bakery have remained, he made tiramisu by using these cookies. Then, when it was in the U.S, it was popular. So, tiramisu has become a very popular dessert in the world.How to make tiramisu is very easy since it can be made easily without heating the ingredients, such as boiling them or baking them in an oven. First, cool down the coffee and cream the egg yolk, sugar, and mascarpone cheese. Then, dip the Savoy cookies in coffee and place them in the center of the dish. Next, spread the cream on top of the Savoy cookie, pile the layers with the Savoy slightly soaked in coffee, and spread the remaining cream. Lastly, sift cocoa powder on top of the cream and eat it cold.
Tiramisu's taste comes from the combination of the flavors of each ingredient. So, it has soft taste and everyone can eat it. The advantage of eating tiramisu is raising the mood and nutrition of people who eat out the same time. But there is a problem to eat tiramisu. As raw egg which is one of the tiramisu's ingredients can make you sick, so you should be careful when you eat it.
