In the past, when human organs were hurt or could not be used anymore, then people were easily dead. It was inevitable for us to defy our death. However, as our scientific technologies have been developed rapidly and extremely, we can transplant one's organ into another's bodies. Although they can do roles of organ, the organization and another body's factors hardly match and sometimes bring about side effects a lot. Therefore, a new type of technology is turned up which is called organoid.

Organoid, which is a type of artificial organ technology, also known as protoplasm or a similar organ, is a collection of cells that are separated from stem cells or organ-specific origin cells by integrating or recombining them in a three-dimensional culture. Easily said, it is called as the mini organ or similar organ. It can be used as development of new medicine or disease treatment. It has a lot of advantages. The main positive aspect of organoid is accuracy, and various treatments can be possible.

The first evidence is that research such as interaction with agencies, interaction with the environment and drug-induced can be initiated much easier. It is more convenient and has a few processes and easier to measure by simplifying the impact of complex environments. In addition, we can do more accurate results rather than animal's trials. Like aspirin, it is toxic to animals but helpful for them. Contrast situations also existed. Nonetheless, if we use organoid, we can use it for an in-depth understanding of the human development process and disease development mechanism.

What is more, patient-origin xenotransplantation models can repeatedly perform various drug concentration, usage, and combination tests that were not possible. Patient-origin xenotransplantation can be used for screening patient-specific treatments and finding new ones. In other words, the patient's origin, organoid, is an important resource for developing customized treatments. Technology that can multiply organoid formed from disease areas outside the body can provide sufficient material for sequencing and in-depth facial profiling for patient-specific care to drive casual changes in disease. Clinical screening is allowed for minimal side effects, helping to find more effective treatments. It can also be used as an alternative to the side effects of chemotherapy. It predicts drug resistance and develops drugs that effectively target cancer stem cell candidates.
