Lots of major companies are endeavoring to develop Automatic Driving Vehicle's Artificial Insemination, not only making a system which obeys traffic rules but also finding ethically right solutions in accident circumstances.

Including global IT companies and vehicles companies, such as Microsoft, Google, Samsung and Apple, BMW, Toyota, Hyundai, and Mercedes Benz are making a pitch to develop automatic driving vehicles and Artificial Insemination, because autonomous vehicles are expected to give lots of benefits for human convenience.

However, there is a big problem in building AI. What is the right reaction when they are confronted with accident situations? There are famous examples of what can be the answer to AI's exemplary outputs. These are to sacrifice the driver, the car itself and one person instead of many people, making the least victims, sacrifice the driver and the car itself instead of that one person, and sacrifice the driver and the car itself instead of many people. Any of these can be the right answer in an ethical viewpoint because it cannot be answered with utilitarian thesis which is the greatest happiness of the greatest number.

There are lots of solutions that came out before. Some of these are AI has to protect its owner, AI has to find a solution which will make fewer victims, the company which sold this autonomous vehicle must take responsibility of all those accidents, and many more. Most people who want to use those autonomous vehicles would the one that is advantageous to them because they would like to ensure their safety. However, people could either be the aggressors or the victims when those situations break out, just like the two sides of the same coin. So, to solve those ethical problems, we have to think about a discussion about what should be the standard of judgment, universal ethical which came from human experience and human nature or social consensus standards.
