Many people, these days experience a lack of sleep. What can be the reason for that? There are a lot of reasons and some of them are being on their phones too much, staying up too late and not wanting to go to sleep. Also, there are students on the examination week having bags under their eyes looking like someone hit them. Sleeping is very important, and here are some tips for it.

Let we think about the reason for lack of sleep. A lot of people use smartphones and are addicted to it. According to a doctor from a center, being on their phones is the same as leaving their brain under the sunlight. That is a bit horrible. From this, the brain will recognize the screen light as sunlight and make people unable to go to sleep. Also, having miscellaneous thought can be a reason, too. Having a deep sleep is important to keep calm.

According to news, having lack of sleep makes people difficult to concentrate. There is a hormone called melatonin that is produced while sleeping. The more you sleep, the more melatonin comes out. So, it is important to go to sleep during the examination week.



There are many ways to have a deep sleep such as not drinking coffee at night time, avoiding naps, and writing things on a note. However, the most important fact is the effort that people put on, it. So give it a try and have a nice sleep.
