In 2020, the new epidemic virus named "COVID-19" appeared and became a worldwide issue. All countries are working hard to overcome it. In the aspect of South Korea, people are provided well by the government to protect themselves from the virus, so they could lessen the damage. However, many people relied on this fact, so they started not to follow the social distancing policy. Then, what are lots of medical teams doing? They still remain in their clinics and try to treat many patients. They cannot eat, sleep, or relax well because of their work. Likewise, not only limited to South Korea, many people still do not care and cooperate with the medical teams to end this calamity, even though they are in a very dangerous situation.

People in medical teams can easily get infected by the virus than the general people, but it is not a strange happening to some. Since they are working around those infected patients, their chance of infection is high. Moral injury, as well as that problem, is a trial to them. It can greatly happen if they have few medical services compared to the number of patients. Shortage of it leads to the choice of whom they should kill. It is mentally suffering, but in reality, many medical teams experience this problem. Medical teams are working even though they are physically and mentally tired.

Although they overcome those difficulties, some people neglect them. Some medical teams could not receive their extra-pay at the right time. According to a Chinese hospital, they fired some medical staff who worked for COVID-19. Those people now met some livelihood difficulties. Moreover, some medical staff is suffering from violence or blame from the citizens. They are taking criticism for trivial reasons and misunderstandings.

The endeavor of medical teams is emphasized little to people compared to how much they struggled. So, people have to recognize and understand them. Also, supporting them is important, so they should receive the proper rewards. Many people should know their endeavor and appreciate them more.
